Bid and Tender Management
The process of securing new business is crucial to the success of any business unit or company. Where this requires a formal proposal to be written in response to a request from the purchasing organisation it places a burden of formal communication on the sales team and tests their ability to marshal resources and manage the bid process.
This workshop is run over two sessions with a break between for delegates to work on real life proposals. In the first session the delegates examine the process of writing proposals as part of a formal bid management process whilst looking at the wider aspects of enhancing their chances of being awarded the contract. After the break the second session reviews the work and refines the learning in order to develop and hone skills as part of this highly practical participative training.
