Directions from M5 J24 (South or Northbound)

Leave M5 motorway at J24 (Minehead). Turn towards Huntworth / Moorland.

Travel passed the sign ‘Huntworth' and at the V junction turn right towards Moorland / Burrowbridge.

(Pass ‘Notaro Windows' Head Office and factory).

Go over railway bridge with traffic lights.

Pass sign for Moorland keeping the River Parrett on your left.
Pass Thatcher's Arms pub painted yellow, on the right.
The road veers to right, follow signposts to Burrowbridge and Northmoor Green.

Drive through Moorland and follow the road towards Burrowbridge.

At next major junction (dangerous junction) go straight across onto Stathe Road, signposted to Oath.

This road becomes quite rural and narrow. After 300 yards, go over narrow bridge, keep bearing left and follow road.

After about another mile, there is a small junction with a turning to the right, with almost hidden signposts towards Stoke St Gregory and North Curry. Turn right here. Continue along this road which rises gradually, pass a few houses on your left and you'll find Stathe Court Barton fronted by two wooden five bar gates, on the left hand side.

 Directions from M5 J23 southbound

Leave M5 at J23, Bridgwater. Bear right on slip road, over Motorway towards Bridgwater. At next roundabout (approx 300 yards from Motorway exit) bear left, again towards Bridgwater. Keep following long straight road, entering Bridgwater.

In Bridgwater, go straight over major roundabout. At traffic lights turn left (Enterprise Car rental building on your left - the street you are turning into is St John Street). Follow this street through traffic lights and turn right at mini roundabout; follow signs for Westonzoyland / Langport A372.

The road takes you through Westonzoyland and passed Middlezoy. After approximately 4 miles, you'll approach a dangerous T - junction in the road (Street is to your left). Turn right towards Othery and drive into Othery: don't fork left towards Langport.

Through Othery the road takes you to Burrow Bridge (this is the A361). At Burrow Bridge, pass the King Alfred pub and go over the bridge. Take immediate LEFT after the bridge. This road is quite rural and narrow.

After 300 yards go over narrow bridge, bear left and follow road.

After about another mile, there is a small junction with almost hidden signposts towards Stoke St Gregory - right. Turn right here.

The road rises gradually and after passing some houses on your left, you'll find Stathe Court Barton fronted by two wooden five bar gates, on the left hand side.

From the M5 using Junction 25.

Take Junction 25, head out towards Ilminster on the A358. Travel along the road until it becomes a dual carriageway. After about a mile you approach the Thornfalcon traffic lights (Esso Garage), turn left signposted to Langport: then take your next left immediately again (200 yards - signposted North Curry).

Travel along this road, which is narrow in some parts, for a couple of miles. Go through NORTH CURRY; pass a pub on your right called the Bird In Hand, post office on your left.

Carry on along this road; you'll then come to signs for Stoke St Gregory. Keep on this road, pass another little post office on your right; the road now goes down and after 400 yards, the road makes a sharp right hand bend: DON'T follow road right but turn left here, actually just carrying straight on.

Now it gets a bit muddy as you're onto farm territory. The road is narrow and there are lots of tractors and cows lurking around every corner. We advise low speed and caution particularly with wet skiddy roads! Follow the windy road slowly climbing the hill, you'll get to the top and it'll open up a bit. You'll come to a narrow railway bridge. Soon after going over this bridge, you'll find Stathe Court Barton fronted by two wooden five bar gates, on the right hand side.

Directions from the A303

Take the exit signposted towards Langport - A372.
Follow this road for about 5 miles. The road will take you through villages including Catsgore and pass the Lime Kiln pub.

When entering Langport, bear right at Church onto Field Road - A372, signposted "All Though Traffic".

At crossroads, turn left onto Somerton Road A372. Continue on this road through Langport - passing Tesco on your right.

Upon exiting Langport the road starts a slight incline. After approx 200 yards, turn right signposted towards Wick.

This road is narrow; follow it for just over three miles; you will pass over a railway bridge, just keep following the road. After a while the road opens up and then narrows again where you will find more houses.

Take the first turning left, signposted towards Stoke St. Gregory / North Curry. Do not turn left at an earlier turning which will take you over a big brick bridge towards Curry Rivel !

The road rises gradually and you'll find Stathe Court Barton fronted by two wooden five bar gates, on the left hand side.
