Head of Training

The role would suit a highly motivated dynamic commercially astute Training and Development Professional with considerable experience of delivering on clients' strategic objectives.

e-marketing Specialist

his role is pivotal to a new initiative entirely centered about business generation using the website.

You will be responsible for running e-marketing campaigns targeted at our existing customers and prospects. There are 3 campaigns: delegate based workshops, industry specific programmes and generic learning and development lead generation.

You will be using a permission based system that centres on a value-add informative emails linked  to landing pages on the website.

In addition you will look after this CMS based website and oversee the day to day running of the inhouse IT systems, network and technical infrastructure.

This role is a balance betwen creativity and problem solving backed up with solid Windows XP and Vista knowledge (we run peer to peer so don't run Exchange or any other exotics from Microsoft)

You will need experience of Marketing especially e-marketing, design, - things work so much better when they look right and the ability to write copy and content although we have someone who does this it would be great to have someone else who can wordsmith. You will need to know about Websites and SEO but as we use a CMS you wont need to be a Dreamweaver or HTML guru. Must haves are a knowledge of Office, Windows Networking, Outlook and a love of translating technology into terms that non technical people will understand.
