We'd like to extend a warm welcome to Alan Waddell, who has been appointed as Infinity Training's Sales Director with effect from Monday 26th July 2010. Formerly one of our long standing Consultants, Alan brings a wealth of experience of leading and motivating teams of all shapes and sizes from within the brewing and licensed trades. Alan's diverse commercial exposure, including having run his own company, makes a valuable contribution to our team's existing wealth of expertise. Alan first came on board Infinity as a Consultant and Coach, and demonstrated his diverse skill set, adding value to many clients' complex projects. 

As Infinity has seen considerable growth in the last year, the team are growing rapidly to support an ever increasing and diverse client base, and more international projects, spearheaded by our MD, Anita Vierling. 

The need for a Sales Director was quickly identified, and we are delighted to find the appropriate skill set, personality and experience within our existing team.  We wish Alan the very best of luck in his new role.

As well as continuing as an acting Executive Consultant, Alan heads up our Business Development team; the flagship Business Development Executive being Laura Beswarick, who joined us from one of our long standing clients.

Our current Programme Project Manager is assuming the responsibilities of our Head of Training role, until we appoint the successful candidate on a permanent basis.

Dan Ross joins us from the US for a year. Dan has a great deal of experience delivering multi faceted and multidisciplinary Training and Development initiatives at all levels.

As part of our ambitious growth plans we are proud to have appointed Laura Beswarick, to the newly created position of Business Development Executive.

Laura has extensive experience in developing quality business relationships in a variety of B2B account management roles across the UK. Laura is working closely with existing clients to help identify areas for potential growth, as well as developing new business opportunities. Her arrival heralds an exciting phase of expansion at Infinity, with further appointments to be made in the near future.

James has worked in the field of changing people’s behaviour for over 15 years, at all levels, across a broad range of clients including Sainsburys, Marks and Spencers, WHSmith, Nando’s, National Grid, Standard Life and The Environment Agency. He has co-designed and facilitated two very different, both highly applauded, National Training Award winning, behavioural change programmes. One of James' key abilities is to bring about more effective behaviour, by identifying and understanding what holds people back, then getting to grips with how they can move forward, in both their personal and professional lives. He delivers a wide spectrum of bespoke, effective performance training programmes, as well as one to one Executive Coaching and Management Mentoring. In his spare time, James enjoys travelling, 5-a-side football, having a beer with friends, photography, cooking, camping, and has an interest Buddhism.
